In my opinion this article is very good because it has been written by an experienced nutritionist who has studied different types of food and I am sure that everyone would agree with what he was saying but I could have written about this topic in more depth but having someone to look into how people eat apples and different fruits has always given me a lot more information than I previously thought. But from all the facts that I read, I can safely say that eating apples really does benefit your body, especially when you add some spices and other natural ingredients but also how much less sugar you are actually consuming. If you are like me and love to do experiments then this is a good way to go as well as being able to see a difference within a healthy balance. Also if you want to learn about different types of ingredients which are present in apple or any fruit then you should definitely buy your own. Although they have so many benefits for the body, like giving you a natural boost of energy and helping your cells to grow and develop, that there are always the downsides. For example, studies have shown that drinking lots of water really helps to reduce body fat and keep your heart healthy but one study was done on women and it showed that they were only able to burn 1.47 calories for every gram of water that their bodies had, so adding more fluids may not be good for the body because they will try and compensate by getting rid of other nutrients, and not enough water could make them put all their weight on their stomach and this is why drinking plenty of water is such an important thing to keep in mind when you are on holiday. You don’t need to feel guilty about having small amounts of extra fluid to help keep your body hydrated as well, it is a matter of necessity.
This dieting method has really only got me up until now and has helped me to change some things about my diet which is a welcome bonus. It has also made me realise how important it is to consume fresh fruit and vegetables since that is why many companies nowadays sell pre-cooked fruit and vegetable mixes which means that you can get a bit healthier if you choose instead to purchase pure fresh fruit and vegetables. But whether the ingredients be from the supermarket or bought by yourself, fruit and veg should be eaten whole and raw because they should still be naturally sweet so that you aren’t tempted to treat them to artificial additives and preservatives. Another tip is not to add too much salt into the food because you wouldn’t enjoy making it from start to finish, and if you added too little than you might end up using a lot of ice cubes and water before your meal in order to dilute the flavor.
Finally, don’t deprive yourself by forcing yourself to have dessert at midnight, and if this happens then turn on your tv instead. This means watching movies, taking a bath, doing anything else that requires you to stay away from the computer all day as soon as possible. Having your cake ready for you later on doesn’t mean that you can go out and spend hours upon hours preparing it, and eating a sweet treat at 10 pm should be avoided because it is just not worth it. I have never found myself not hungry around this time, so if that is the case then I suggest going ahead and starting meals earlier in the day as well as staying away from sugary drinks as they could lead to overeating when you are tired or have no appetite. These tips I know will help anyone wanting to improve their diets and make healthier choices but most importantly staying hydrated. As far as tips if you find that you don't get into a routine you can try something new instead, either stick to a diet or try following a yoga and Pilates class where you take part in activities such as meditation and breathing techniques.
As if these weren't enough tips, you can even check some interesting videos on Youtube that tell stories of peoples lives and health journeys and show the different ways that you can prepare your own food with certain ingredients. Like I really like the video “The 4th Annual National Diabetes Statistics Review”. The story starts off with a young couple visiting a doctor in Chicago who asked the two family members questions that they are used to and the answers he gave them. After that, he explains to the visitors his findings and asks the family how they are feeling. They were told that they might have to lose a few pounds through diabetes in a short period of time. So, if these couple had followed his advice and listened to the experts advice on the subject, they wouldn’t have lost the weight that they did. Nowadays though, we live in a world full of instant gratification. We are constantly fed information on foods that we can buy online, and that is why the first question most adults ask themselves is, “are a healthy snack?” Most people don't think about how they are feeding their brains. Nowadays, this is mostly due to social media sites and apps which have changed our everyday experience, and social media has turned over everything that once was the norm like television and radio, and newspapers. People want to know about any changes made to this world and how you can adapt and survive, and that’s where Youtube comes in. There is a variety of content on the site, and although some videos are very entertaining, others are informative as well. However, you have to watch the entire series in order to understand all of this. Watch “The 4th Annual National Diabetes Statistics Review” and decide what you think by reading the comments. YouTube isn’t for everyone and you don’t have to watch them in order to find out. With that said however, there are lots of great informative videos and stories and I highly recommend them if you are looking to learn about dieting and the various methods of getting into shape. They often give helpful insight into life and how people have overcome different hurdles they have faced on their journey, and I highly encourage anybody to check them out. Thanks for reading this article. Have a nice day tonight!
