How to take care of Face

 I am an extremely active person. I do not care for myself as much as thers do. But here are a couple things I would like to share with all of you that make me happy. 


1. Wash my face every morning with the warm water and soap from the bar sink, then wash again with the cold water and clean soap (without detergent). This way, instead of making mistakes, we are making an effort to learn from them. If we have a little bit of irritation, we put our hands on our face and let them cool before we try cleaning it. We put the rest of the work on the washing machine rather than scrubbing it in the shower.


2. When washing, we use one cup of salt. It does not hurt to have some but that is not recommended, especially if a face appears to be irritated. Salt water will also help to neutralize pain.


3. Use moisturizer before applying any foundation. The most important thing to keep in mind is that we use so much color to make our face look nice, then we do not want to damage it. A good rule is that we moisturize before we apply any foundation or concealer. For example, when applying mascara, we use both light liquid and powder and mix so well that we blend the product into our cheeks. We have the habit of washing after using makeup because this is where we use most of our blush and other cosmetics, therefore the best method to leave is to mix the product in the refrigerator and then in a few days, in the fridge. However, we cannot leave our lips without doing this first. And before leaving your lips, wet them for ten minutes. There are hundreds and hundreds of different types of lip glosses and lippies. Lippies are used to cover, protect, and heal wounds. Eyelashes are designed to lengthen lashes, curl up, and shine as well. Eyelash curling irons are a good alternative for those who want a quick hair cut. Also, we need to add a couple drops of pepper to each bottle of eyeliner or lipstick so not only does it keep it fresh but it prevents us from allergic reactions.


4. Water. Most important, we drink water because it is so important for our body’s health. Every time we change our skin, the water that surrounds our body changes too. So, every day when we wash our face, we need to keep a glass of water. And we need to drink enough. Drinking eight cups of filtered water daily is sufficient.


5. Exercise. Work out daily or at least twice a day. Just as we need healthy food and healthy habits, we need to exercise as well. Exercising helps our heart to burn more calories and helps reduce cholesterol. Exercising also gives us better posture and helps us look younger. Good-quality workouts help us improve the quality of sleep and reduce anxiety and depression. In fact, about 30 percent of people have anxiety, depression, and/or stress. When exercising, we feel good; when we are exercising, we feel beautiful.


6. Drink lots of fluids and fluids. To keep our skin free of infection, we need to stay hydrated and to drink plenty and lots of fluids. We keep our skin moisturized by having a small amount of sunscreen that contains SPF 15; moisturizers contain hydrating oils that help maintain moisture and strength; and serum contains hydrating acids that strengthen our skin cells. By keeping our mouth and eyes dry, we prevent infections, sore throats, gum disease, and gingivitis. We clean our faces by wearing makeup and gloves whenever outdoors and washing our hands regularly throughout the day. Then, we brush our teeth daily with toothpaste and baking soda. Lastly, we wash our hands after attending to other people’s needs. We take care of ourselves and we are safe.


Conclusion


In short, I would like to say that there is no right solution to our problems. But if we set our intentions right, we may find solutions for our problems if we want to solve them rather than waiting for someone else to fix them.
